This is a picture that I took during my visit to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. I was attracted by the lines that the stairs offered, and while i was preparing the composition, the man started going up the stairs, just in time for me to compose him and press the shutter.
What's the message behind this? well, a message for this could be that you can never be too old to "step up" and keep improving. Proof of this is the people in their 60s who go to colleges, among other examples. If you think of another possible message for this picture, then you are more than welcome to share it.
Wonderful capture here diny. The lines are terrific, contrast lovely and the man really adds a nice feel to this piece. He makes me feel happy, like he still raring to find adventure even though he looks to be getting on in years. Well done.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
